A: Snowmass Sports continues to monitor the spread of COVID-19. We are continuing to serve our customers while taking proactive precautions across our organization to keep our customers and employees safe. As a precaution, we have communicated to our team that they should remain at home if they are experiencing a cough or fever. Employees’ temperatures are being monitored daily!
Snowmass Sports encourages social distancing while shopping in our store. Face masks required to enter our store and we are not exceeding store capacity. We take advantage of UV light sanitization of helmets, we are disinfecting boots and deep clean our shop daily.

A: Simply click “Reserve Now” and follow the easy steps.
A: Skiers and Riders often change models and/or lengths during the course of their stay. You can exchange at any time. We want to make sure you have a great time on the hill.
A: Our shop hours are from 8:00 to Late daily, and you may pick up your equipment the day before your first ski/board day any time after 4pm.
A: Our ski boots have been selected for their comfort and performance. Your boot will most likely be the exact same size as the shoe you are currently wearing. Our trained technicians will convert your shoe size and fit each customer individually in our shop to ensure a proper fit before you hit the hill.
A: Simply include the specific request in the ‘Comments’ section, and we will reserve based on the information received and availability.
A: We carry up to a size 15 ski boot and 13 snowboard boot, advanced reservations are strongly recommended as we have limited quantities in those sizes.
A: Simply choose the package you would like to reserve and we can adjust the price upon your arrival, provided your boots meet industry standards (i.e. no excessive wear)
